What is the way to capture any video frame of my webcam to.jpg or jpeg image?

Ok
first
open paintbrush
then go to where you want to capture a screen..
press the print screen button on your keyboard (above insert.. top rightish)
and then go to paintbrush and hit paste or Ctrl+V
then save
simple! ^^
