Which companies offer cell phone plans with free calls between 2 lines in Florida? Possibly prepaid?

I reckon all cell phone companies have family plans that have unlimited minutes for family members any time of day. I have t-mobile and me and my wife and my son have 900 minutes to share (peak) and unlimited calls between the 3 of us and free nights (after 9pm) and weekends for $69 plus $10 (to add the 3rd phone) I reckon you for you it would be $59 for 500 minutes peak (I reckon) and unlimited calls between you and your hubby. (and I reckon that included the phones for free with a one year contract.. Cingular does 2 years)
